Freaks Unlimited present their professional juggling knives - the 'AirSwords' are highly responsive and visually stunning. This beautifully finished knife is a spectacular performance prop that juggles just like a standard club. Airsword knives have a symmetrical design which allows for side spins and improves the overall balance of the prop. At 275g the weight isn't too far off a traditional club either, making the switch from clubs a little easier. 
The blade itself is made from a top quality stainless steel blade - One of the toughest grades available, and fairly resistant to impacts. They have also been subjected to a heat treatment which makes them have a slight flex but not enough for them to bend. The dowel has also been made from a super-tough beech. The edges of the blade have been ground to look razor sharp on all sides, but they have been carefully blunted for safety. They look like real knives and are therefore much more impressive for performance work compared to other juggling knives. Price is for ONE knife.

The Freaks Flourish Stick is completely different to every other metal fire eater stick because there is no exposed metal tube. We have utilised space age technology to keep the neck of the fire eater as cool as possible when touched (e.g. with lips / tongue etc.). Our ‘CoolTouch’ sleeve will withstand naked flames and very high temperatures without ill effect, it is also impervious to fuels (so it won’t act like a wick by soaking up fuel which would otherwise cause problems when fire eating). It also has incredible thermal insulation properties which we have utilised by extending the ‘CoolTouch’ sleeve right under the wick as well as on the neck - this means that the aluminium tube stays surprisingly cool even at the wick end and therefore prevents hot metal burns. And for a finishing touch there is a silicone fuel seal inside the aluminium tube.

The Freaks Flourish Stick has been built using some very advanced materials, including our new ‘CoolTouch’ sleeve technology. The Flourish Stick is constructed around a rugged aluminium tube with lathe turned knurled ends. At one end a tough smooth plastic swinging knob is thermally fixed (with a pull off force in excess of 40kg).

The body of the Freaks Flourish Stick is fully enclosed with our new seamless grip. This is flame retardant and is also a thermal insulator which helps prevent the aluminium tube from getting hot - and therefore allows the Flourish Stick to be handled along most of the entire length of the stick (for ‘Twiddling’). The grip has a lovely ‘feel’ - it’s not slippery and it’s not too grippy either, there are no bumps or ridges, as usually found with wrapped grips, so there’s nothing to interfere with your manipulation. Kevlar® is a para-aramid fibre made by Du Pont which has remarkable properties. Used in thousands of diverse products and industries. Kevlar is extremely tough, it does not melt, it is self-extinguishing, it is flame resistant and it will withstand temperatures up to 425° C continuously. Kevlar is used in safety protection clothing where heat and flame resistance or cut and slash protection is required. However please note: Kevlar offers only limited heat insulation, therefore gloves and sleeves will only protect from high temperatures for short periods of contact. These Kevlar® sewing threads are incredibly strong and flame resistant (up to 425°C). They are ideal for sewing kevlar® fabrics and wicks for those who need to produce their own specialist equipment etc. These threads are used in racing car driver suits, furnace and blast equipment clothes, fire-fighter protective wear, oven gloves (!) and of course fire juggling equipment etc.

These threads are suitable for either hand sewing or sewing machines but note that the thicker threads may not be suitable for some domestic machines. They are not waxed and they are not suitable for unravelling to produce magicians’ thread. The higher the Tex number, the thicker the thread. Tex-40 is equivalent to most ‘normal’ thread widths.
